Mia has extensive experience providing an environment where her clients receive one-on-one attention to detail, hand massages, scalp and neck massages, relaxing shampoo, and luxury product line. All these as added value to the guest experience.

Mia proudly offers Davines products in her salon which is focused on crafting quality products that are scientifically engineered to work, and express our distinctive style and spirit.

Starting in the industry in 2008, Mia attended the Aveda Institute in West Des Moines, Iowa. Soon after, her clientele grew quickly through hard work, dedication and her passion for making her clients feel beautiful!

Over time her role transformed from stylist to mentor to educator over time. Along the way she became a certified Aveda Color Coach, certified in men's cutting and trained a men's cutting curriculum, certified in extensions, and Keratin retexturing systems, attended many classes on textured hair cutting and styling, countless advanced cutting and coloring classes from the best in the industry and so on. Each have helped shape the stylist and person that she is today.

She is a 2016 Fashionista Global Contest award-winner for Best of the Midwest in color/cut/style/make-up/overall look, earning the honor of the title, but also a trip to be recognized on stage in Milan, Italy!
